If executed carefully with perfection some actions can change the face of the game --- right from laning phase to leveling the throne.

Will write the answer in two sections -

Non-Hero Based ----
  1. Oldest Trick in the Book---  A Dota2 Fundamental technique to execute skills rapidly -- the SHIFT-QUEUE.  Stack up skills to execute them without added delay of clicking-aiming and executing.

Thinking beyond using this for Lion and Lina's skills, some important Shift-Queue executions are -
  • Tinker --  (Hero Kill) -- Teleport->Laser->Rocket->Dagon->Shivas->Hex->March of Machines->Rearm->Hex->Laser->Rocket->>>>
  • Tinker -- (Farming/Pushing Lanes) -- Teleport->Blink->March of Machines->Shivas->Rearm->March of Machines->Shivas->Blink (Ahead in lane , Edge of the map)->Rearm->Blink ahead->March of Machines->Shivas Guard(Next oncoming wave) ->Teleport.
  • Invoker -- No explanation needed here.
  • Sand King -- Veil of Discord->Epicentre->Blink->BurrowStrike(Calculated guess to hit maximum)->Shivas->SandStorm.  (Refresher makes this one interesting)
It makes sure, your skills are executed in an orderly manner , and does not give the opponents breathing space.

     2. Stack Away --- Camp stacking.  Luring out the neutral creeps instead of clearing them out and waiting for them to respawn. Timing is the most imporatnt thing here. A very effective trick for the laning phase as well as the jungling role.

3. The 'T' and the 'P' --- Keep a TP. Always. Atleast past the laning phase , when the game shifts into tower takedowns and mass rotations. Town Portal Scrolls are a game changing item. They help you get out of tricky situations. They help you get into ganks to demolish the other team. They help you get to a tower in order to assist your team and save the tower. There is a reason why Furion is played with so many different gameplay styles. You can also trick the opponent by faking a teleport. ( Can be observed  in OG vs Secret -final game Frankfurt Major 2015). All you have to do is  cast a teleport and cancel it as the opponent does something rash.

4. Something magical --- Rune control is a very sensitive aspect in the game. It is overlooked most of the times but you give you an edge in battle. Warding the runes is always helpful, especially for mid heroes.

5. Sway the attack --- This trick is pretty well-known. Change the tower's attack target by right clicking your creeps or your allies or your illusions. The tower will redirect its attack towards the unit. It allows you to tower dive and kill. It allows you to get a break in climax moments and health critical moments.

6. Up and above --- Never take an uphill fight unless its crucial or a kill secure situation. You miss 25% of your attacks and the fog of war can help the opponent play mind games. This is not just important for the mid-solo but more for the Tier-3 tower take down. Ofcourse effective warding can solve this problem.

7. Toggle and piss--- The Basilius Micromanagement can be very helpful to mid heroes in the initial farming phase. Toggle the ring of basilius on/off during normal/last hits of the enemy. It will throw him off his game and make him miss most of his attempts to secure gold while pissing him off. You basically ruin his judgement as the basilius armor toggling denies him the gold he wants so badly. Can be done with Aquila too.

8. Supply and Demand - Quick buy. Quick sell. Dota 2 provides full refund if item purchased is sold withing 10 seconds. Effectively , if I am low on health, I can purchase a ring of health/regen and heal up and quickly sell it off too. Timing should be managed efficiently and your laning phase will be smoother. Certainly better than asking for tangos/going back to base/courier usage for heals.

9. Sip please --- Hand over your empty/partially filled bottle to a friendly who teleports to your lane from the base.  Your bottle turns up full because of the fountain effect.  Also if you are the one that teleports, than give it to someone at low health/mana and take it back, while the effect perisists.  You can also pass the rune , by allowing ally to collect the rune and use it, and give you your bottle back.

10. Switch Case --- Switching your power treads to manage mana, attack damage, attack speed , health can be very helpful in your overall hero output.
  • STR -- When being attacked
  • INT -- When casting a spell
  • AGI -- Regen health and mana.
  • Primary attribute -- Offensive mode/Attacking/Pushing.

11. Pull and then pull again --- Double pulling gets you more gold with a little more effort. Again timing matters here . Instead of pulling just one camp towards your creeps , you pull another camp. Same old tactic. When the last camp neutral is about to die , pull the next camp neutrals towards the previous camp and your creeps will move there to attack the fresh set of neutrals. If timing is managed perfectly and your creep wave has a siege cart, you can pull a third camp too.

12. Just before I die --- Buy some teleports to save your gold before you die.  You really want your hard-earned gold to just go away?

Hero-Based ---

1. Bounty Hunter - Two important things to consider when playing this hero. Courier Snipe and Blank Dust. You need to be very careful , but if you secure a definite position beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2, or Tier 2 and Tier 3 towers you can keep sniping the opponents couriers, leaving them very frustrated and forcing them to buy  detection items. The second tip is involves wasting those very items they bought to get rid of your presence. When scouting among a group of opponents , you can hit one enemy hero and blink out of range , simultaneously wasting the incoming dusts and sentry placements.

"You're wanted dead or alive. I don't know which you are but I'll collect your bounty all the same." - Gondar, the Bounty Hunter.

2. Pudge - A simple and easy way to get the opponent in your mouth(dirty minds keep away) is to click on the enemy with Dismember as they are being hooked. Hook does not stop you from using your skills , and if the enemy is being hooked from a long distance, and you are afraid he might get away before you get a chance to bite him, do it while he is being hooked. Of course, do not forget to toggle Rot.
The next simple trick is mind games. Yes your enemy has warded your side of the mid-lane, but it just means he has a false sense of security, of not being hooked. Simple hook attempts and cancels and movement around the creeps with a surprise hook launch, and he sure wouldn't see it coming. Dendi has always been a pro at it.

"Sweetbreads ain't sweet and they ain't bread...and they need a butcher, not a baker." -Pudge, the Butcher.

3. Night Stalker - A tip for this hero is using it like a legal maphack. If you successfuly dominate  the lane (should be mid) you can rush a scepter and gank away. The reduced time to switch between night and day combined with his ultimate should be managed well enough, and even in pro matches single hunts are easy to get. Nightstalker can cripple the enemy vision, the tower vision the hero skills , the hero movement speed and also the player's mind. Many players have admitted leaving the keyboard as soon as they see Nightstalker chasing them.

"I feed the darkness and the darkness feeds me." - Balanar, the Night Stalker

4. Lucifer - Keep the focus on making a hero completely useless in a gank and not on securing a kill.  Combine the ultimate with a scepter and a refresher and two heroes completely out with a break applied to them which means no passives as well.

"Ensh izh Arkosh, fol. (Know your place, weakling.)" - Lucifer , the Doom

5. Phantom Assassin - You need to trust your hero. Always, and especially in cases like these. Always trust your instincts . Mortred has a huge advantage by evasion and critical strike. There are a lot of instances when they proc and you can trust the pseudo-random chance to follow your thoughts here. So think twice before you back away from fights. The opponent has an MKB? You still have to give it a thought. Make a judgement call. Lifesteal + high crits can flip the fight.

"Even in death, you'll not see beyond the Phantom Veil." - Mortred, the Phantom Assassin.

6. Terrorblade - Stop waiting to time and cast Metamorphosis and Sunder. Just do it. make adjustments. Plan and judge. Do not waste for the last second to case sunder. Same goes for metamorphosis. Stop trying to save metamorphosis for just ganking purposes, plan and use it accordingly. Also, refelction is a very healthy skill, level it up or atleast get one point in it.

"A demon's rage is stronger than death." - Terrorblade, the Demon Marauder

7. Rubick - Raise first. Steal next. Nuke last. Do not steal the skill and nuke with your second as he goes away. This tip is for specific purposes and range limits are close. There are cases where stealing a skill first might actually help capture the enemy.
Second tip here is to steal maximum, and keep monitoring all 5 opponents last usedskill  to maximize your throughput in ganks. The bonus cooldown reduction always helps.
Another thing for this hero, do not keep waiting for a particular skill to be used by a particular hero and ignore everything else. Each skill has some benefits and other enemies have usefull skills to, be useful to your team and don't keep waiting for that one skill you are so horny for. Rubick is a fast paced hero, and to make the best of it, you need to be agile too. Fy and Kuro make a very good impression of rubick.

Below is a collection of helpful tips you should know for Dota 2.
Bottle Refill Trick - You can refill your Bottle without Bottle crowing or going back to your fountain. To do this you immediately give your Bottle to an Ally who has teleported near you from fountain. This fills your bottle due to the fountain buff lingering briefly after leaving the fountain. Use a TP scroll, Keeper of the Light Recall, Nature's Prophet Teleportation, or recall on Lone Druid Spirit Bear to help refill an Ally's Bottle.
Bottle
Denying Allied Heroes - This prevents the enemy from gaining any gold or experience from the kill. You are able to deny your allies under two conditions. One, they are under the effect of a poison ability such asDoom's Doom or Queen of Pain's Shadow Strike. The second is if your ally is under a certain percentage of health. A-Click to deny an ally. Allies still lose unreliable gold on death.
Deniable Poison Abilities:
  1. Bane's Nightmare
  2. Bloodseeker's Bloodrage
  3. Doom's Doom
  4. Queen of Pain's Shadow Strike
  5. Venomancer's Venomous Gale
Crystal Maiden is about to die under the effect of Doom.  Dragon Knightdenies Crystal Maiden, preventing Doom from gaining any gold or experience from the kill.
Self-Denying - In some instances heroes can kill themselves by casting their abilities.
Self-Denying Abilities:
  1. Alchemist's Unstable Concoction
  2. Bane's Nightmare
  3. Bloodseeker's Bloodrage
  4. Pudge's Rot
  5. Abaddon's Mist Coil
Losing Tower Aggro - Towers have attack priority that decides what they hit. If you are dying and want a tower to stop attacking you, a-click an allied unit. The Tower should change targets as long as other units are in range.
Bottle Spam in Fountain - Bottles refill automatically and instantly in fountain so spam your bottle to heal faster. The faster you can heal in fountain the faster you can get back out to battle!
Bottle
Buy Before You Die - Be aware you lose unreliable gold when you die. If you know death is imminent, access the shop and quickly buy your next item. The item will be waiting for you in the stash when you respawn!
Armlet Toggle - Armlet of Mordiggian toggling can help you survive in situations you would normally die. Turning it on gives a 25 strength bonus and increases your health. Armlet drains health, so you want to turn off armlet with lower HP then quickly toggle it back on, giving you a boost of health. The cooldown is 2 seconds. A turned off Armlet drops you to low HP for a brief moment so be sure you aren't taking damage over time or are about to take an attack.

Drop Attribute Items to Get Restorative Bonuses - When you're looking to restore health or mana drop items that give attribute boosts. Then use your restore, this will give you a higher amount of health/mana in your pool once the items are back in your inventory. From the percentage based health/mana gauges you get a very helpful bonus.
WARNING: Items can be picked up or destroyed by other heroes. Be mindful of your surroundings before you drop.
